AEDdirect Training

Training on the use of an AED is strongly recommended as our experience indicates that Irish Heart Foundation or British Heart Foundation approved training is often a requirement for liability insurance.

All training is carried out by IHF approved trainers.

Our Instructors Haven't Just Read It In A Book!

All our Instructors are experts who have years of experience attending thousands of 999 emergency calls. This means that we can bring realistic training, relating real life emergencies to the classroom situation, which brings our training 'alive'. All our Instructors and Examiners hold current certification from the Health & Safety Authority, the National Ambulance Training School and the Irish Heart Foundation.

As a result of many requests from clubs and small businesses enquiring about first aid, and health and safety, obligations and requirements, we now provide a range of relevant training courses to cover these areas. A full list of the courses is available in our on-line shop.

Training Dates, Availability and Payment

When you apply for a course we will contact you regarding a suitable venue and dates. No payment will be taken until this has been agreed.

Once agreed a non-refundable deposit of £100 (or 50% of the total course fee, which ever is less) will be collected from your chosen payment method. The balance will be collected the day prior to the course date.

Cancellation - Should you cancel a booking up to 1 week in advance then no further payment will be taken - If cancelling less than one week in advance we reserve the right to charge up to the full balance for the course. You may change dates and venue at no charge up to a week bofore the course date, therafter a £20 admin fee may be applied for changes.
